Tunnel construction method using the reinforcement structure of the adjacent tunnel
The present invention relates to a reinforcement structure of a near parallel tunnel connecting panels (1) installed on both sides of a pillar unit (P) of preceding and following tunnels (T, T'), respectively. The reinforcement structure of a near parallel tunnel prevents a twist of a reinforcement material regardless of a connection angle of the panel and the reinforcement material to improve quality; easily installs the reinforcement material at the following tunnel to remove inconvenience and defect generation factors; has no problem with sheet waterproofing even when the reinforcement structure is installed after installing shotcrete on pillar surfaces of the preceding tunnel and the following tunnel; enables the pillar unit to be reinforced and constructed without interference with a tunnel excavation process to reduce a period for the tunnel excavation and costs therefor; enables construction of a lot of pillar unit perforations and grout at once for very economical and efficient construction; and resolves construction period delay and removes a reconstruction occurrence according to pillar unit reinforcement structure installation, thereby greatly improving stability, constructability, and economic feasibility. The reinforcement structure mainly comprises a head accommodation unit (10), a fixing head (20), a tensile reinforcement material (30), and a wedge (40).
본 발명은 선, 후행 터널(T)(T')의 필러부(P) 양측에 각각 설치되는 판넬(1)을 서로 연결하는 근접병설 터널의 보강구조체에 관련되며, 이는 판넬과 보강재의 연결 각도와 관계없이 보강재의 꺽임이 없어 품질이 향상되고, 후행터널에서의 보강재 설치를 쉽게 할수 있어 시공의 번거로움과 하자발생요인이 제거되며, 선행터널 및 후행터널의 필러부면에 숏크리트 타설 후에 보강구조체를 설치하여도 시트방수에 문제가 없으며, 터널 굴착 공정과 간섭 없이 필러부 보강 시공을 할수 있어 터널 굴착 공기와 비용을 절감하고, 필러부 천공 및 그라우트를 1회에 많이 시공할 수가 있어 능률적이면서 매우 경제적으로 시공할 수 있으며, 이와 같이 필러부 보강 구조체 설치에 따른 굴착 공기 지연을 해소하고, 재시공 발생을 제거하는 등 안정성과 시공성과 경제성을 매우 향상시킬 수 있도록 헤드수용부(10), 고정헤드(20), 인장 보강재(30), 웨지(40)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
