CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR REPAIRING CONCRETE SECTION USIING ECO-FRIENDLY POLYMER MORTAR COMPOSITION
Disclosed are an eco-friendly polymer mortar composition for concrete cross-section repair and a concrete cross-section repair construction method using the same. The concrete cross-section repair construction method according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: performing a preliminary preparation work on the concrete cross-section to be constructed; applying an old and new adhesive to the concrete cross-section for which the preliminary preparation work has been completed; and filling polymer mortar for repair in the concrete cross-section to which the old and new adhesive is applied. The composition of the polymer mortar for the repair includes a bonding material, fine aggregates, an organic polymer, a fiber reinforcing material, and an additive as components. Accordingly, the eco-friendly polymer mortar composition for the concrete cross-section repair can improve quality of the concrete cross-section repair.
콘크리트 단면 보수용 친환경 폴리머 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 단면 보수 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 단면 보수 시공방법은 시공 대상이 되는 콘크리트 단면에 대해 사전 준비 작업을 수행하는 단계, 상기 사전 준비 작업이 완료된 콘크리트 단면에 신구 접착제를 도포하는 단계, 및 상기 신구 접착제가 도포된 콘크리트 단면에 보수용 폴리머 모르타르를 충전하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 보수용 폴리머 모르타르의 조성물은 결합재, 잔골재, 유기 폴리머, 섬유 보강재 및 첨가제를 구성성분으로 포함한다.
