Eco-friendly Polymer Mortar Composition for Repair Section and Repairing Methods of Repair Section Using Thereof

The present invention relates to an eco-friendly polymer mortar composition for sectional repair, comprising: 5 to 15 parts by weight of polymer; 1 to 10 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of natural cellulose fibers; 10 to 60 parts by weight of fly ash; 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 3 to 15 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1 to 5 parts by weight of stabilizer; 1 to 10 parts by weight of adhesion enhancer; 1 to 5 parts by weight of antioxidant; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of water reducing agent, based on 100 parts by weight of cement. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly polymer mortar composition for sectional repair improves the working environment and reduces environmental pollution while having a strength equal to or greater than that of conventional cement.

본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 폴리머 5 내지 15중량부; 숯가루 1 내지 10중량부; 천연셀룰로오스섬유 1 내지 10중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 15중량부; 안정제 1 내지 5중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 1 내지 5중량부; 및 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 단면보수용 폴리머 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 단면보수용 폴리머 모르타르 조성물은 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 시멘트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖도록 하는 효과가 있다.
