Ascon heat insulation box capable of injecting inert gas
The present invention relates to an asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas and, more specifically, to an asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas which can accommodate asphalt concrete in an asphalt concrete insulation box having inert gas injected into an asphalt concrete box to maintain the asphalt concrete at a constant temperature until transporting the asphalt concrete to a road paving site to discharge the asphalt concrete and prevent the asphalt concrete from being aged and oxidized to change material properties. The asphalt concrete insulation box capable of injecting inert gas comprises: a box body formed by an outer box and an inner box provided inside the outer box, wherein the upper side thereof is opened; a cover covering the opened upper side of the box body; and a rail-type cover opening/closing device opening and closing the cover from the box body. The box body is provided with an injection module penetrating from the outside of the outer box to the inside of the inner box. Inert gas is injected into the inner box through the injection module to form an inert gas layer in an upper portion of asphalt concrete.
본 발명은 불활성가스 주입이 가능한 아스콘 보온 박스에에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 아스콘 박스의 내부에 불활성가스를 주입된 아스콘 보온 박스 내부에 아스콘을 수용하여 아스콘을 도로건설현장에 이송시켜 배출할 때까지 아스콘이 일정한 온도로 유지함과 동시에 아스콘의 노화 및 산화되어 물성이 변화되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 불활성가스 주입이 가능한 아스콘 보온 박스에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 외부 박스와 상기 외부 박스의 내측에 구비되는 내부 박스로 형성되되 상측이 개방된 박스 본체, 상기 박스 본체의 개방된 상측을 덮는 덮개, 상기 덮개를 상기 박스 본체에서 개폐시키는 레일형 덮개 개폐 장치를 포함하고, 상기 박스 본체에는 상기 외부 박스의 외측에서부터 내부 박스의 내측까지 관통하는 주입모듈이 구비되고, 상기 주입모듈을 통해 상기 내부 박스의 내측에 불활성가스가 주입되어 아스콘의 상부에 불활성가스층이 형성되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
