The present invention relates to a pattern painting method using cork chips and a cork floor packaging material to which the method is applied, and more specifically, to a technology that is eco-friendly by using cork chips, which are forest waste and a natural material, as a painting material, and increases the sustainability of patterns by mixing with other materials and allows the patterns to be maintained for a long time once applied. The present invention comprises the steps of: (S1) preparing a cork chip; (S2) carbonizing the cork chip; (S3) crushing the carbonized cork chips and powdering the same into particles of a certain size or less; (S4) of producing a color paint by mixing the carbonized cork powder and a binder; and (S5) forming a pattern by spraying the color paint on an upper part of a pre-formed cork floor packaging material.
본 발명은 코르크 칩을 이용한 문양 도색 방법 및 이의 방법이 적용된 코르크 바닥 포장재에 관한 것으로서, 임목폐기물이자 천연 재료에 해당하는 코르크 칩을 도색의 재료로 사용함으로써 친환경적이고, 다른 재료와 배합하는 형태로 문양의 지속성을 높여 한번 시공으로 장기간 유지가 가능한 기술에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 코르크 칩을 준비하는 단계(S1)와, 상기 코르크 칩을 탄화하는 단계(S2)와, 상기 탄화된 코르크 칩을 분쇄하여 일정 크기 이하의 입자로 분말화 하는 단계(S3)와, 상기 탄화된 코르크 분말과 바인더를 혼합하여 착색도료를 제조하는 단계(S4)와, 상기 착색도료를 미리 형성된 코르크 바닥 포장재 상부에 분사하여 문양을 형성하는 단계(S5);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
