DECK ROAD SYSTEM USING ASSEMBLING FRAME
The present invention relates to a deck road system using an assembly frame, which is easily and quickly installed and dismantled through a bolted coupling structure of frames, facilitates the reuse and recycling of the dismantled frames, and minimizes internal corrosion caused by condensation due to the application of -shaped steel. The deck road system comprises: a frame part installed on the ground; a deck part installed on the upper surface of the frame part; and a railing part including a plurality of pillars installed along the side of the deck part and a plurality of railings horizontally connected between the pillars. The frame part comprises: a plurality of first frames bent in a U-shape to open the top and having a plurality of first coupling holes penetrating both sides and the bottom surface at the front, the rear, and the center, and continuously arranged along both sides of a walkway; a plurality of second frames bent in a U-shape to open the top and having a plurality of second coupling holes penetrating both sides and the bottom surface at the front, the rear, and the center, and installed orthogonally inside the first frames; a plurality of disassembly couplers bent in a U-shape to open the top and having a plurality of third coupling holes penetrating both sides and the bottom surface, inserted into the inner sides of both ends of the second frame, wherein the third coupling holes are coupled to the first coupling holes and the second coupling holes via bolts, allowing the first frame and the second frame to be disassemblably coupled; and a deck installer having a flat upper surface and disassemblably mounted inside the second frames to facilitate the interconnection of the second frames while the deck part is mounted.
본 발명은 프레임과 프레임이 볼트 결합 구조로 이루어져 설치 및 해체가 간편하면서 신속하게 이루어질 수 있고 해체된 프레임의 재사용 및 재활용이 가능해지도록 하며 유자형 강재를 적용하여 결로에 의한 내부 부식이 최소화되도록 하는 조립식 프레임을 이용한 데크 로드 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 데크 로드 시스템은 지면에 설치되는 프레임부와; 상기 프레임부의 상면에 설치되는 데크부와; 상기 데크부의 측면을 따라 설치되는 다수의 지주와, 상기 지주와 지주의 사이에 수평으로 연결되는 다수의 난간대를 포함하는 난간부를; 포함하고, 상기 프레임부는, 상부가 개방되게 유자형으로 절곡되어 형성되고 선단과 후단 및 중앙의 양측면과 하면을 관통하여 다수의 제1 체결공이 형성되며 보행로의 양측을 따라 연속하여 배치되는 다수의 제1 프레임과, 상부가 개방되게 유자형으로 절곡되어 형성되고 선단과 후단 및 중앙의 양측면과 하면을 관통하여 다수의 제2 체결공이 형성되며 상기 제1 프레임의 내측에 직교되게 설치되는 다수의 제2 프레임과, 상부가 개방되게 유자형으로 절곡되어 형성되고 양측면과 하면을 관통하여 다수의 제3 체결공이 형성되며 상기 제2 프레임의 양단의 내측에 끼워진 상태로 상기 제1 체결공과 제2 체결공에 상기 제3 체결공을 볼트로 결합시켜 상기 제1 프레임과 제2 프레임을 분해 가능하게 결합시키는 다수의 분해결합구와, 상기 데크부가 장착되면서 상기 제2 프레임이 상호 연결되도록 상면이 평평하게 형성되고 상기 제2 프레임의 내측에 분해 가능하게 장착되는 데크설치구를, 포함한다.
