CONCRETE PILE HEAD CUTTING APPARATUS
An objective of the present invention is to provide a concrete pile head cutting apparatus, which can detect a cutting starting position and a cutting ending position when a cutting unit performs cutting operation relative to a concrete pile while moving along the periphery of the concrete pile, thereby enhancing cutting efficiency. The concrete pile head cutting apparatus, which cuts the exposed head of a concrete pile fixed underground, comprises: a main body which moves to a target concrete pile using a moving means; first and second clamp arms, which is formed in an arc shape and clamps the concrete pile, and of which one end is connected to both sides of the main body to be rotatable; a cutting unit which moves forward and backward toward the concrete pile, and performs the cutting operation of the concrete pile while moving along the outer circumference of the concrete pile; an operation position measurement unit which measures the operational status of the cutting unit and outputs a signal corresponding to the operational status; and a control unit which regulates the operation of the first and second clamp arms and controls the operation of the cutting unit in response to the output signal from the operation position measurement unit.
본 발명은 콘크리트 파일의 주위를 따라 절단부가 이동하며 콘크리트 파일에 대한 절단 작업을 수행할 때 절단 시작 위치와 절단 종료 위치를 감지할 수 있도록 하여 절단 작업 효율이 향상되도록 하는 콘크리트 파일 두부 절단 장치를 제공하는 것으로서, 지중에 고정된 콘크리트 파일의 노출되어 있는 두부를 절단하는 장치로서, 이동 수단에 의해 절단 대상인 상기 콘크리트 파일로 이동하는 본체; 원호 형상으로 일단이 상기 본체의 양측에 회전 가능하게 연결되고, 상기 콘크리트 파일을 클램핑하는 제1 및 제2 클램프암; 상기 콘크리트 파일로 전진 또는 후진하고, 상기 콘크리트 파일의 외주 둘레를 따라 이동하며 상기 콘크리트 파일의 절단을 수행하는 절단부; 상기 절단부의 동작 상태를 측정하여 해당하는 신호를 출력하는 동작 위치 측정부; 및 상기 제1 및 제2 클램프암의 동작을 단속하고, 상기 동작 위치 측정부의 출력 신호에 대응하여 상기 절단부의 동작을 제어하는 제어부; 를 포함한다.
