Apparatus for automatic ejecting and transferring crushed solid of food wastes
The present invention relates to a device for automatically transferring and discharging crushed solid material of food wastes, comprising: a crushing part (10) that includes a crushing housing (11) having an inlet (12) formed on the upper surface to be connected to a drain (2) of a water tank (1) and a first discharge port (10) formed at the lower side where food waste is discharged, a crushing blade (14) provided inside the crushing housing (11) to crush food waste, and a crushing motor (15) that operates the crushing blade (14); and a pressure transferring part (20) composed of a pressure-transferring housing (30) having an opening part (31) formed on one side to communicate with the first discharge port (13) of the crushing housing (11) of the crushing part (10) and a second discharge port (32) formed on the other side to discharge food waste, a first motor (40) provided on the outside of the pressure-transferring housing (30) and having a vertical rotation shaft (41) protruding into the center of the pressure-transferring housing (30), a blade (50) provided at the tip of the vertical rotation shaft (41) of the first motor (40) to collect food waste into the center of the pressure-transferring housing (30), a second motor (60) having a hollow rotation shaft (61) in which a hollow (62) is formed through which the vertical rotation shaft (41) of the first motor (40) penetrates, and a pump impeller (70) which is provided at the tip of a hollow rotating shaft (61) of the second motor (60) and sucks in food waste gathered in the center and discharges the same to a central treatment plant of an apartment complex through the second discharge port (32), thereby capable of preventing food waste from remaining in the home and generating an unpleasant odor.
본 발명은 상면에는 개수대(1)의 배수구(2)와 연통되어 음식물쓰레기가 내부로 투입되는 투입구(12)가 형성되고 하측에는 음식물쓰레기가 배출되는 제1배출구(13)가 형성된 분쇄하우징(11)과, 이 분쇄하우징(11)의 내부에 구비되어 음식물쓰레기를 파쇄하는 분쇄날(14)과, 이 분쇄날(14)을 작동시키는 분쇄모터(15)를 포함하는 분쇄부(10); 및 일측에는 상기 분쇄부(10)의 분쇄하우징(11)의 제1배출구(13)와 연통되는 개구부(31)가 형성되고 타측에는 음식물쓰레기가 배출되는 제2배출구(32)가 형성된 압송하우징(30)과, 이 압송하우징(30)의 외부에 구비되며 압송하우징(30) 중앙 내부로 돌출된 수직회전축(41)을 갖는 제1모터(40)와, 이 제1모터(40)의 수직회전축(41)의 선단에 구비되어 음식물쓰레기를 압송하우징(30)의 중앙으로 수집하는 블레이드(50)와, 상기 제1모터(40)의 수직회전축(41)이 관통되는 중공(62)이 형성된 중공회전축(61)을 갖는 제2모터(60)와, 이 제2모터(60)의 중공회전축(61)의 선단에 구비되며 상기 중앙으로 모인 음식물쓰레기를 흡입하여 제2배출구(32)를 통해 공동주택의 중앙처리장으로 배출시키는 펌프임펠러(70)로 이루어진 압송부(20);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기 분쇄고형물 자동 이송배출장치이다.
