The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly elastic packaging method using cork. Here, the environmentally-friendly elastic packaging method using cork is able to greatly reduce the waiting time for a binder to be hardened thanks to an improved structure for placing a cork finish layer on the upper surface of a prefabricated cork panel on the site after constructing the prefabricated cork panel. Especially, the structural durability of the cork panel and a cork finish layer can be reinforced using a natural fiber, thereby maximizing the unique functions of cork while reducing the used amount of binder. The method comprises: a pre-processing step (S10), a cork panel manufacturing step (S20), a cork panel construction step (S30), and a finish layer construction step (S40).
본 발명은 코르크를 이용한 친환경 탄성포장 공법에 관련되며, 이때 코르크를 이용한 친환경 탄성포장 공법은 코르크패널을 프리패브방식으로 시공한 후 상면에 코르크마감층을 현장 타설하도록 구조 개선되어 바인더 경화 대기시간이 대폭 단축되고, 특히 천연섬유를 이용하여 코르크패널과 코르크마감층의 구조적 내구성을 보강하여 바인더 사용량을 감소시키면서 코르크 소재가 가진 고유 기능을 극대화할 수 있도록 전처리단계(S10), 코르크패널제조단계(S20), 코르크패널시공단계(S30), 마감층시공단계(S40)를 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
