ASSEMABLED SINGLE PANEL OVERLAPPING TYPE FOR ROOF CONSTRUCTION

The present invention relates to an overlapping-type single panel assembly for roof construction which prevents the penetration of rainwater through the coupling portion of a coupling bolt and prevents dewfall through the coupling bolt, which is caused by a difference in temperature between inside and outside a roof, by preventing the coupling bolt for fixing a single panel to a roof assembly from being exposed to the outside in continuously assembling multiple single panels for a roof on top of a roof structure. The overlapping-type single panel assembly for roof construction comprises: a cover plate arranged in the middle of a surface plate and consisting of a first inclined surface, a first stepped surface, a second inclined surface, a first upper surface, a third inclined surface, a second stepped surface and a fourth inclined surface; a lower cover plate arranged at one side of the cover plate and consisting of a fifth inclined surface, a third stepped surface, a sixth inclined surface, a second supper surface, a seventh inclined surface, a fourth stepped surface; an upper cover plate arranged at the other side of the cover plate and consisting of a fifth stepped surface, a eighth inclined surface, a third upper surface, a ninth inclined surface, a sixth stepped surface and a tenth inclined surface; and an overlapping-type insulating structure consisting of a seventh stepped surface, an eleventh inclined surface, a fourth upper surface, a twelfth inclined surface, and an eighth stepped surface.

본 발명은 다수의 지붕용 싱글 패널을 지붕 구조체 위에 연속하여 조립함에 있어서, 지붕 구조체에 싱글 패널을 고정하기 위한 체결볼트가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하여 체결볼트의 체결 부위를 통한 빗물이 스며드는 것을 방지토록 할 뿐 아니라 지붕의 내외 온도 차이에 의해 체결볼트를 통한 결로발생을 방지하도록 하는 지붕 설치용 착고형 싱글 패널 조립체에 관한 것으로, 표면판의 중앙에 구비되며, 제 1 경사면과, 1 단턱면과, 제 2 경사면과, 제 1 상부면과, 제 3 경사면과, 제 2 단턱면과, 제 4 경사면으로 이루어진 덮개판과; 덮개판의 일측에 구비되며, 제 5 경사면과, 제 3 단턱면과, 제 6 경사면과, 제 2 상부면과, 제 7 경사면과, 제 4 단턱면으로 이루어진 하부덮개판과; 덮개판의 타측에 구비되며, 제 5 단턱면과, 제 8 경사면과, 제 3 상부면과, 제 9 경사면과, 제 6 단턱면과, 제 10 경사면으로 이루어진 상부덮개판과; 제 7 단턱면과, 제 11 경사면과, 제 4 상부면과, 제 12 경사면과, 제 8 단턱면으로 이루어진 착고형단열구조체를 포함하는 것이다.
