The present invention relates to a manufacturing system of natural pulp fiber-based sound-absorbing materials with various functions, which is a sound-absorbing material made of an eco-friendly type material to be used for a finishing material of high-class interior design, and comprises: a pulp fiber; water mixed in the pulp fiber; a compound containing a binder material, an expansion material, an incombustible material, and a flexible material; and a calcium complex or a zinc complex of at least one type of oil which is selected in a group composed of tea tree oil, castor oil, and flaxseed oil.
