MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LOESS TILE USING LOESS MORTAR
According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing a red clay tile using red clay mortar. The method of the present invention comprises: a S10 step of manufacturing an aqueous solution by mixing water and a water soluble acryl resin or a water soluble epoxy resin; a S20 step of manufacturing paper dust by minutely pulverizing papers in the form of dust; a S30 step of manufacturing a mixture by putting the aqueous solution and the paper dust into a mixer and stirring the same to release the paper dust; a S40 step of manufacturing red clay mortar by putting the red clay power into the mixture and stirring the same; a S50 step of minutely pulverizing the red clay mortar; and a S60 step of pouring the pulverized red clay mortal into a frame having a predetermined size, and hardening the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the red clay tile has excellent strength, a durability, antibiotic, insulation, and formability; is eco-friendly since no cement element is included; and exhibits excellent far-infrared radiation, anion releasing, dehumidification, and deodorization effects. In addition, the present invention is resistant to scratches due to superior surface strength, and the quality of the product is improved since the tile of the present invention is not smeared with red clay.
본 발명의 실시 예는 물과 수용성 아크릴 수지 또는 수용성 에폭시 수지를 혼합하여 수용액을 제조하는 S10단계; 종이를 분말 형태로 미세하게 분쇄하여 종이가루를 제조하는 S20단계; 상기 수용액과 종이가루를 믹서기에 투입하고 상기 종이가루가 풀어지도록 교반하여 혼합물을 제조하는 S30단계; 상기 혼합물에 황토가루를 투입하고 교반하여 황토 몰탈을 제조하는 S40단계; 상기 황토 몰탈을 미세하게 분쇄하는 S50단계; 및 상기 분쇄된 황토 몰탈을 일정크기의 틀에 부어 경화시키는 S60단계;를 포함하는 황토 몰탈을 이용한 황토 타일 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 강도, 내구성, 항균성, 단열성 및 성형성이 우수하고, 시멘트 성분을 포함하지 않아 친환경적이며, 원적외선 방사, 음이온 방출, 제습 및 탈취 효과가 우수할 뿐만 아니라 표면 경도가 우수하여 스크래치에 강하고 황토가 묻어나지 않아 제품의 품질을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
