The present invention relates to a gang form with an insulating material for concrete curing and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a gang form with an insulating material for concrete curing, including a flat plate having a gang form attached to one surface, a mesh attached to the other surface of the flat plate, multiple first supporters spaced from each other and fixated to the mesh, multiple second supporters spaced from each other and vertically fixated to the multiple first supporters, an insulating material layer spread and formed on the other surface of the flat plate and the mesh, and fixing members positioned between the insulating material layer and the multiple second supporters; and a manufacturing method thereof. The gang form with an insulating material for concrete curing is characterized by a fact that the fixing member prevents the separation of the insulating material layer from the other surface of the flat plate when the gang form with the insulating material is transferred. Accordingly, the gang form with an insulating material for concrete curing is capable of effectively preventing the emission of hydration heat from concrete to the outside when curing concrete by spreading the insulating layer and improving the quality of an outer wall using hot weather concrete and cold weather concrete by effectively preventing heat exchange with the outside. In addition, the gang form with an insulating material for concrete curing is capable of effectively preventing the separation of the insulating material layer from the flat plate by installing the multiple fixing members between the flat plate and the insulating material layer, thereby improving installation efficiency and providing regular insulating performance by manufacturing the gang form in advance and transferring and installing the gang form.

본 발명은 콘크리트 양생을 위한 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 일측면이 갱폼면인 평판; 상기 평판 타측면에 부착되는 메쉬; 상호 간 이격되어 상기 메쉬에 고정되는 다수의 제1 지지대; 상호 간 이격되어 상기 다수의 제1 지지대에 수직으로 고정되는 다수의 제2 지지대; 상기 평판의 타측면 및 상기 메쉬에 도포되어 형성된 단열재 층; 및 상기 단열재 층 및 상기 다수의 제2 지지대 사이에 위치하는 고정부재를 포함하며, 상기 고정부재는 상기 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼이 운반되는 경우 상기 단열재 층이 상기 평판의 타측면으로부터 떨어지는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이에 따라, 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼은 단열재를 도포함으로써 콘크리트 양생 시 콘크리트 수화열의 외부 노출을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있고, 외부온도와의 열교환을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있어서 서중 및 한중 콘크리트 외부벽체의 품질을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 다수의 고정부재를 평판 및 단열재 층의 틈에 설치함으로써 상기 평판과 단열재 층의 분리를 효과적으로 방지하여, 사전에 갱폼을 제조하여 사용시 이송 설치할 수 있어 설치 효율을 높이고 단열 성능을 균일화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
