GANG FORM HAVING HEAT INSULATING MATERIAL FOR CONCRETE CURING AND METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREO
The present invention relates to a gang form having an insulation material for concrete curing, and a manufacturing method thereof. The gang form having an insulation material comprises: a flat plate wherein one surface is a gang form surface; a mesh attached to an other surface of the flat plate; a plurality of first supporters fixated on the mesh while being separated from each other; a plurality of second supporters vertically fixated on the first supporters while being separated from each other; an insulation layer formed on the other surface of the flat plate and the mesh; and fixing members positioned between the insulation layer and the second supporters. The fixing members prevent the separation of the insulation layer from the other surface of the flat plate when the gang form having an insulation material is transferred. Accordingly, the insulation material is spread to the gang form having an insulation material to effectively prevent an exposure of concrete hydration heat to the outside during concrete curing and heat exchange with the outdoor temperature; thereby improving the quality of external walls formed of hot and cold weather concrete. Also, the fixing members are installed in a gap between the flat plate and the insulation material to effectively prevent separation of the flat plate and the insulation material. As such, the gang form is prefabricated and is then transferred for installation use; thereby increasing installation efficiency and uniforming insulation performances.
본 발명은 콘크리트 양생을 위한 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 일측면이 갱폼면인 평판; 상기 평판 타측면에 부착되는 메쉬; 상호 간 이격되어 상기 메쉬에 고정되는 다수의 제1 지지대; 상호 간 이격되어 상기 다수의 제1 지지대에 수직으로 고정되는 다수의 제2 지지대; 상기 평판의 타측면 및 상기 메쉬에 도포되어 형성된 단열재 층; 및 상기 단열재 층 및 상기 다수의 제2 지지대 사이에 위치하는 고정부재를 포함하며, 상기 고정부재는 상기 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼이 운반되는 경우 상기 단열재 층이 상기 평판의 타측면으로부터 떨어지는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이에 따라, 단열재를 포함하는 갱폼은 단열재를 도포함으로써 콘크리트 양생 시 콘크리트 수화열의 외부 노출을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있고, 외부온도와의 열교환을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있어서 서중 및 한중 콘크리트 외부벽체의 품질을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 다수의 고정부재를 평판 및 단열재 층의 틈에 설치함으로써 상기 평판과 단열재 층의 분리를 효과적으로 방지하여, 사전에 갱폼을 제조하여 사용시 이송 설치할 수 있어 설치 효율을 높이고 단열 성능을 균일화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a gang form having an insulation material for concrete curing, and a manufacturing method thereof.
