CERAMIC PLATE AND MANUFACTURE METHOD OF CERAMIC PLATE
Disclosed are a ceramic plate and a method to manufacture the ceramic plate. The ceramic plate comprises: a plate-shaped body (10); a protrusion unit (20) protruding from a side of the plate-shaped body (10); and a concave unit (30) formed to be concave on the side of the plate-shaped body (10) corresponding to the protrusion unit (20). The method to manufacture the ceramic plate comprises: (S1) a first process of preparing a mixture by mixing 10 parts by weight of feldspar, 10 parts by weight of quartzite, 10 parts by weight of limestone, 20 parts by weight of clay, 10 parts by weight of alumina, 10 parts by weight of psammite, 5 parts by weight of mortar, 5 parts by weight of a refractory material, and 5 parts by weight of kaolin; (S2) a second process of forming a formed object having the protrusion unit and the concave unit by placing the mixture mixed by the first process (S1) into a mold; (S3) a third process of first burning the object formed by the second process (S2) for 12 hours at a temperature of 1200-1300°C; (S4) a fourth step of drawing a picture on the object first burned by the third process (S3); and (S5) a fifth step of secondarily burning the object for 18 hours at a temperature of 1200-1300°C after the fourth step (S4). The ceramic plate is able to be prevented from being damaged or broken even if the ceramic plate falls down since durability and stability of the ceramic plate are largely improved.
본 발명은 도자판이 개시되는 것으로, 판상의 몸체(10)와; 상기 판상의 몸체(10) 측면으로부터 돌출되는 돌출부(20)와; 상기 판상의 몸체(10) 측면에 대해 요입되고 상기 돌출부(20)에 대응되는 요입부(30)로 이루어진다. 또한, 본 발명인 도자판 제조방법은, 장석 10중량부, 규석 10중량부, 석회석 10중량부, 점토 20중량부, 아루미나(alumina) 10중량부, 사질(砂質) 10중량부, 몰탈 5중량부, 내화물(耐火物) 5중량부, 카오링(kaolin) 5중량부를 혼합 반죽하여 반죽물을 구비하는 제1공정(S1); 상기 제1공정(S1)에 의해 반죽된 반죽물을 성형틀에 넣어 돌출부와 요입부를 갖는 성형물을 찍어내는 제2공정(S2); 제2공정(S2)에 의해 성형된 성형물을 1200℃ ~ 1300℃의 온도로 12시간 초벌소성하는 제3공정(S3); 제3공정(S3)에 의해 초벌소성된 성형물에 그림을 그리는 제4공정(S4); 제4공정(S4) 후 1200℃ ~ 1300℃ 온도로 18시간 재벌소성하는 제5공정(S5)으로 이루어진다.
