The present invention relates to an exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers controlling a position of a tram rail when installing the tram rail on which a tram or a light rail transit drives. An exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers according to an embodiment of the present invention is the exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers controlling a position of a tram rail in a rail seating groove formed in a concrete track bed. Accordingly, the exclusive tram track skeleton assembling device for elastomers is capable of minutely adjusting the position of the rail and facilitating the position adjustment of the rail and a cant setup.
본 발명은 트램 또는 경전철이 주행하는 트램 레일을 설치 시 레일의 위치를 조절하는 탄성체 전용 트램 궤광조립대에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 탄성체 전용 트램 궤광조립대는 콘크리트도상에 형성된 레일안착홈에서 레일의 위치를 조절하는 탄성체 전용 트램 궤광조립대로서, 상기 레일의 하부를 받치고 양측부분에 상하로 관통된 높이조절공과, 하부로 돌출된 좌우조절부를 포함하는 받침플레이트, 상기 높이조절공에 세워진 형태로 나사체결되어 상기 받침플레이트의 높이를 조절하는 높이조절부재, 및 상기 받침플레이트의 양측으로 돌출되도록 상기 좌우조절부에 가로방향으로 나사체결되고, 양단이 상기 레일안착홈의 측벽에 각각 지지되어 상기 받침플레이트의 좌우위치를 조정하는 좌우조절대를 포함한다. 따라서, 레일의 위치를 미세하게 조절할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 레일의 위치조절 및 캔트의 설정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있다.
