METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPOSABLE LOESS ROASTING PLATE AND DISPOSABLE LOESS ROASTING THEREOF
According to the present invention, provided are a method for manufacturing a disposable red clay roasting plate, and a disposable red clay roasting plate manufactured thereby. The red clay roasting plate is capable of irradiating far infrared rays and absorbing oil when meat is roasted. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: refining red clay and making a red clay solution with the refined red clay; mixing salt and the red clay solution with pulp; heating the pulp mixed with the salt and the red clay solution, and producing clean pulp; pulverizing the clean pulp into pulp particles of nanosize; mixing 95 to 99.9 wt% of the refined red clay with 0.1 to 5 wt% of the pulp particles and inserting the solution into the mixed red clay to make red clay paste; and shaping the red clay paste and drying the shaped red clay paste.
일회용 황토 불판 제조 방법 및 이의 일회용 황토 불판이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 일회용 황토 불판 제조 방법은, 황토를 정제하고, 상기 정제된 황토로 황토 수용액을 만드는 단계; 펄프에 소금 및 상기 황토 수용액을 혼합하는 단계; 상기 소금 및 상기 황토 수용액이 혼합된 펄프를 가열하고, 클린 펄프를 생성하는 단계; 상기 클린 펄프를 나노 크기의 펄프 입자로 분쇄하는 단계; 상기 정제된 황토 95~99.9 중량%에 상기 펄프 입자 0.1~5 중량%을 혼합하고, 용액을 투입하여 황토 반죽을 생성하는 단계; 및 상기 황토 반죽을 성형하고 건조하는 단계;를 포함한다.
