According to the present invention, provided is a zigzag assembly type structure of window frames and windows, wherein a window frame (100) is formed by cutting a member composed of an upper window frame bar (110), a lower window frame bar (120), and a side window frame bar (130) at a predetermined length, and windows (200A, 200B) having an upper window bar (210), a lower window bar (220), a side window bar (230), and an overlapped portion window bar (240) are assembled in the window frame (100). According to the present invention, provided is the zigzag assembly type structure of window frames and windows with excellent wind pressure or pressure resistance.
본 발명에 따른 창틀(100)은 상부창틀바(110)와; 부창틀바(120)와;측면창틀바(130)로 제공되는 부재를 일정길이 규격으로 커팅해 상부창틀바(110)의 상부창틀홈(110d)와 하부창틀바(120)의 하부창틀홈(120d)이 상호 대향되게 배치해 상부창틀바(110)와 하부창틀바(120)의 양편 양단에 용접조립시키는 일측의 측면창틀바(130)는 상부창틀바(110)의 실외측의 상부창틀홈(110d)과 측면창틀홈(130d)이 상호 직교되며, 이측의 측면창틀바(130)는 실내측의 상부창틀홈(110d)과 측면창틀홈(130d)이 상호 직교되는 배치로 상호 용접조립시키고, 창호(200A;200B)는 상부창호바(210)와, 하부창호바(220)와, 절곡단턱(230a) 양측이 길이방향 각관구조의 일내측면에 상호 대접되게 절곡시킨 측면창호바(230)와, 길이방향 각관구조의 일외측면으로 직교 돌출된 일측 절곡단과, 상기, 일측절곡단과 대접되게 절곡시킨후, 끝단을 상기 일측절곡단과 연접시켜 재차 직교되게 절곡시켜 이루어지는 돌출조립단턱(240a)이 형성되게 절곡시킨 중첩부창호바(240)를 구비해 일정규격의 직사각틀체로 용접시켜 페어유리(2;2')를 조립시켜 창틀(100)내에 조립하는 절곡조립식 창호 및 창틀조립구조를 제공해 풍압이나, 내화성이 뛰어나면서도 각 부재들의 조립은 용접방식으로 조립되어 피스조립이나 열용착에 비해 내구성을 높이고,생산성면에 있어서도 절단 절곡방식으로 제공되며, 현장조립시공성을 높일수 있도록 한 유용한 발명이다.
