The present invention relates to structures of a bending-assembly type insulation window frame and a bending-assembly type insulation window and, more specifically, relates to structures of a bending-assembly type insulation window frame and a bending-assembly type insulation window capable of improving insulation performance between indoor and outdoor spaces using a window frame bar and a window bar while being assembled of the window frame bar and the window bar formed of a stainless material or a galvanized material by bending. The structures of the bending-assembly type insulation window frame and the bending-assembly type insulation window are characterized by separately bending an insulation window frame upper bar (110), an insulation window frame lower bar (120), and an insulation window frame lateral bar (130) forming an insulation window frame (100) in an indoor side and an outdoor side and thermally fusing an insulation member between the materials to be integrated with high frequencies and separately bending insulation window upper bars (200a), insulation window lower bars (200b), and insulation window lateral bars (200c) forming the insulation windows (200A, 200B) assembled inside the insulation window frame in an indoor side and an outdoor side and thermally fusing an insulation member between the materials to be integrated with high frequencies. The insulation window frame and the insulation window are assembled by welding, thereby obtaining a high insulation effect by obtaining durability higher than a structure forming a window frame and a window by assembling pieces such as aluminum sash materials and a high ratio of preventing a heat transmission between indoor and outdoor spaces using the window frame and a frame, manufactured by a cutting and bending method providing higher productivity while obtaining excellent fire resistance, and improving field-assembly constructability.
본 발명은 절곡조립식 단열창틀 및 단열창호구조에 관한 것으로, 상세히는 스텐레스 또는 갈바재질로 절곡형성한 창틀바 및 창호바로 조립하되,창틀바 및 창호바를 통한 실내외간 단열성이 향상되는 절곡 조립식 단열창틀 및 창호구조에 관한 것으로 단열창틀상부바(110);단열창틀하부바(120);단열창틀측면바(130)로 제공되는 부재로 이루어지는 단열창틀(100)을 이루는 부재들을 실내측과 실외측으로 따로 절곡하고 그 사이에는 단열부재를 고주파열융착하여 일체로 구성하는 특징과;단열창틀내에 조립되는 단열창호(200A;200B)를 구성하는 단열창호상부바(200a);단열창호하부바(200b);단열창호측면바(200c);실외측단열창호측면바(200d);실내측단열창호측면바(200e)로 제공되는 단열창호부재들도 실내측과 실외측으로 따로 절곡하고 그 사이에는 단열부재를 고주파열융착하여 일체로 구성하는 특징의 구성부재로 이루어지는 단열창호(200A;200B)로 제공되는 것으로, 단열창틀과 단열창호는 용접방식으로 조립되어 알루미늄새시재와 같은 피스조립으로 창틀 및 창호를 구성하는 것에 비해 내구성이 높고 창틀과 창호프레임을 통한 실내외 열차달율이 높아 단열효과가 우수하며, 내화성이 뛰어나면서도 생산성이 높은 방식의 절단 절곡방식으로 제공되며, 현장조립시공성을 높일 수 있도록 한 유용한 발명인 것이다.
