PRE-HEATER EQUIPMENT OF HEATER OF ASPHALT PAVING APPARATUS FOR RECYCLING ASPHALT SURFACE LAYER IN FIELD
The present invention provides preheater equipment of an asphalt paving an apparatus to recycle a surface layer on a site. An asphalt paving apparatus to recycle includes a preheater and a recycler to recycle an asphalt surface layer on a site. A preheater heating plate is easily mounted and transported, and a heating width of the preheater heating plate is able to easily be adjusted. The preheater heating plate to firstly heat an asphalt surface layer is modularized into a heater unit to facilitate manufacture, maintenance, and repair. Moreover, thermal deformation of a heater for the preheater heating plate, which has a high infrared efficiency and is a relatively mid- to high-priced infrared-based heating device, is minimized to uniformly heat the asphalt pavement at regular intervals. Oil vapor produced when heating the asphalt surface layer is able to be removed by an oil vapor removal device.
현장에서 아스팔트 표층을 재생하도록 프리히터(Pre-Heater) 및 리사이클러(Recycler)를 구비한 재생 아스팔트 포장장치에서 프리히터 가열판의 장착 및 운반이 용이하고, 프리히터 가열판의 가열 폭을 용이하게 조절할 수 있고, 또한, 아스팔트 표층을 1차적으로 가열하는 프리히터 가열판을 각각 발열체 유닛으로 유닛화함으로써 제작 및 유지보수가 용이해지며, 또한, 높은 적외선 효율을 갖고 상대적으로 중고가인 적외선(Infrared) 기반 가열장치로서 프리히터 가열판용 발열체의 열적 변형을 최소화함으로써 아스팔트 포장을 등간격으로 균일하게 가열할 수 있고, 유증기 제거장치를 통해 아스팔트 표층 가열시 발생하는 유증기를 제거할 수 있는, 현장 표층 재생 아스팔트 포장장치의 프리히터 장비가 제공된다.
