Abstract

In a recycling asphalt paving apparatus provided with a pre-heater and a recycler to recycle an asphalt surface layer in a filed, a pre-heater heating plate and a recycler heating plate to heat an asphalt surface layer individually become a unit with a heating element unit to be easily manufactured and maintained. Moreover, provided is a heating plate of an asphalt paving apparatus for recycling an asphalt surface layer in a filed, which can easily adjust a heating width of the heating plate of the asphalt paving apparatus for recycling an asphalt surface layer in a filed, and further, can uniformly heat asphalt paving by minimizing thermal deformation of a heating plate heating element as an infrared-based heating device that has high infrared efficiency and is relatively premium-priced.

현장에서 아스팔트 표층을 재생하도록 프리히터(Pre-Heater) 및 리사이클러(Recycler)를 구비한 재생 아스팔트 포장 장치에서 아스팔트 표층을 가열하는 프리히터 가열판, 리사이클러 가열판을 각각 발열체 유닛으로 유닛화함으로써 제작 및 유지보수가 용이해지며, 현장 표층 재생 아스팔트 포장장치의 가열판의 가열 폭을 용이하게 조절할 수 있고, 또한, 높은 적외선 효율을 갖고 상대적으로 중고가인 적외선(Infrared) 기반 가열장치로서 가열판용 발열체의 열적 변형을 최소화함으로써 아스팔트 포장을 균일하게 가열할 수 있는, 현장 표층 재생 아스팔트 포장장치의 가열판이 제공된다.
