PRE-HEATER EQUIPMENT OF HEATER OF ASPHALT PAVING APPARATUS FOR RECYCLING ASPHALT SURFACE LAYER IN FIELD
The present invention relates to pre-heater equipment of an in-place surface recycling asphalt paving apparatus that is configured to easily mount and carry pre-heater heating plates, to easily adjust heating widths of the pre-heater heating plates, to allow the pre-heater heating plates for primarily heating an asphalt surface layer to be formed as units of heating elements, thereby making manufacturing and maintenance easy, to also minimize thermal deformation of the heating elements of the pre-heater heating plates as an infrared-based heating devices having a high infrared efficiency, thereby evenly heating the asphalt layer, and to remove oil steam generated upon the heating of the asphalt surface layer by means of an oil steam removing device. According to the present invention, the pre-heater equipment includes: a self-propelled frame (140) as a support frame moving and steerable by means of its own power; pre-heater heating plates (310, 320, 330) disposed on the front, center and rear side of the self-propelled frame (140) to primarily heat an asphalt surface layer; a fuel injection tank (120) mounted on top of the self-propelled frame (140) to store fuel for heating the pre-heater heating plates (310, 320, 330); collection equipment (130) mounted on top of the self-propelled frame (140) to collect oil steam generated from the pre-heater heating plates (310, 320, 330); and an engine/manipulation panel (110) mounted on top of the self-propelled frame (140) to control operations of the pre-heater heating plates (310, 320, 330), the fuel injection tank (120), and the collection equipment (130).
현장에서 아스팔트 표층을 재생하도록 프리히터(Pre-Heater) 및 리사이클러(Recycler)를 구비한 재생 아스팔트 포장장치에서 프리히터 가열판의 장착 및 운반이 용이하고, 프리히터 가열판의 가열 폭을 용이하게 조절할 수 있고, 또한, 아스팔트 표층을 1차적으로 가열하는 프리히터 가열판을 각각 발열체 유닛으로 유닛화함으로써 제작 및 유지보수가 용이해지며, 또한, 높은 적외선 효율을 갖고 상대적으로 중고가인 적외선(Infrared) 기반 가열장치로서 프리히터 가열판용 발열체의 열적 변형을 최소화함으로써 아스팔트 포장을 균일하게 가열할 수 있고, 유증기 제거장치를 통해 아스팔트 표층 가열시 발생하는 유증기를 제거할 수 있는, 현장 표층 재생 아스팔트 포장장치의 프리히터 장비가 제공된다.
