Apparatus of cutting and removing trees and plants
The present invention relates to an apparatus of cutting and removing plants and trees. An apparatus of removing plants and trees has a link connection unit which can be detached and coupled to a bucket mounting portion of an excavator. The apparatus of cutting and removing plants and trees of the present invention comprises: a hydraulic motor rotated by a hydraulic pressure supplied from a hydraulic line connected to the excavator; a rotary drum rotated by a belt on a rotary pulley axially coupled to the hydraulic motor; a case unit provided with left and right bearing units which forms an outer edge of the rotary drum, rotating a rotary shaft of the rotary drum coupled to the belt from both sides and with the link connection unit on an upper portion thereof, and mounted with the hydraulic motor; and rotary blades bolted to arm units spaced apart at regular intervals and extending from an outer circumference of the rotary drum. The rotary blades are installed at regular intervals by alternately installing two-raw rotary blades and three-raw rotary blades in a longitudinal direction of the rotary drum.
본 발명은 초목 제거 파쇄 장치에 대한 것으로, 굴삭기의 버켓 장착부위에 탈착 결합될 수 있는 링크연결부를 갖춘 초목 제거장치에 있어서, 상기 굴삭기에 연결되는 유압라인으로부터 공급되는 유압에 의해 회전되는 유압 모터, 상기 유압 모터에 축결합된 회전풀리에 벨트에 의해서 회전되는 회전 드럼, 상기 회전 드럼의 외곽을 이루면서 양 측면에서 상기 벨트에 결합되는 회전 드럼의 회전축을 회전시키도록 마련된 좌우측 베어링부와 상부에서 상기 링크연결부를 마련하고, 상기 유압 모터가 안착되는 케이스부, 상기 회전드럼의 외주연에 일정간격 이격되어 연장된 아암부에 볼트 체결되는 회전도를 포함하고, 상기 회전도는 상기 회전드럼의 길이방향으로 두 줄의 회전도와 세 줄의 회전도를 번갈아서 가면서 일정한 간격으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
