DAMPER FOR FLAP HINGE HAVING ROTARY LOCKING FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a damper for a flap hinge with a rotary locking function, inserting a mounting protrusion into a mounting hole formed on a hinge frame to fixate a main body and performing a locking action through the mounting protrusion and a fixation means through a simple operation of inserting the fixation means into the main body to turn the fixation means, thus firmly fixating a damper to the hinge frame to be safely used while simplifying a structure. In particular, as the fixation means is inserted into the insertion hole formed on the mounting protrusion to be turned, a stopper of the fixation means is locked to the hinge frame to be prevented from being out of the mounting hole, thereby being doubly fixated to easily and conveniently fixate the damper. Moreover, as a stopper part performing such locking action of the damper forms the stopper in parallel with respect to a shaft, thus locking each stopper by both sides in the transverse direction of the mounting hole, thereby being able to enhance a locking effect.
본 발명은 힌지 프레임에 형성한 장착 구멍에 장착 돌기를 끼워서 본체를 고정하고, 이 본체에 고정 수단을 끼워서 돌리는 간단한 조작을 통해 장착 돌기와 더불어 고정 수단을 통해 잠금 작용이 이루어지게 구성하므로, 구조가 간단하면서도 댐퍼를 힌지 프레임에 견고하게 고정하여 안전하게 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 고정 수단을 장착 돌기에 형성한 삽입 구멍에 끼워서 돌림에 따라 이 고정 수단의 스토퍼가 힌지 프레임에 걸려 장착 구멍에서 빠지지 않게 하여 이중으로 고정하여 쉽고 편리하게 댐퍼를 고정할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 이처럼 댐퍼의 잠금 작용을 하는 스토퍼 부분이 축을 기준으로 나란하게 스토퍼를 형성함으로, 장착 구멍의 폭 방향으로 양쪽에 각각 스토퍼가 걸리게 하여 잠금 효과를 더욱 높일 수 있다.
