Dielectric Composition and Ceramic Electronic Component Comprising the Same
The present invention provides a dielectric composition comprising: base powder including BaTiO_3; a first auxiliary ingredient including content of 0.1 to 1.0 at%(x1) of an oxide or a carbonate having a transition metal, based on 100 mole of the base powder; a second auxiliary ingredient including content of 0.01 to 3.0 at%(y) of an oxide or a carbonate having a fixed valence acceptor in an atom, based on 100 mole of the base powder; a third auxiliary ingredient including an oxide or a carbonate having an element of Ce (content of z at%) and at least one rare earth element (content of w at%); and a fourth auxiliary ingredient including a sintering aid, wherein based on 100 mole of the base powder, 0.01 <= z <= x1+4y and 0.01 <= z+w <= x1+4y. The present invention can realize the same capacity as a conventional dielectric composition having a dielectric layer while not thinning the thickness of a dielectric layer in order to secure reliability.
본 발명은, BaTiO를 포함하는 모재 분말; 상기 모재 분말 100 몰에 대하여, 전이금속을 포함하는 산화물 또는 탄산염 0.1 내지 1.0 at%의 함량(x1)을 포함하는 제1 부성분; 상기 모재 분말 100 몰에 대하여, 원자가 고정 억셉터(fixed valence acceptor) 원소를 포함하는 산화물 또는 탄산염 0.01 내지 3.0 at%의 함량(y)를 포함하는 제2 부성분; Ce 원소(함량은 z at%) 및 적어도 하나의 희토류 원소(함량은 w at%)를 포함하는 산화물 또는 탄산염을 포함하는 제3 부성분; 및 소결조제를 포함하는 제4 부성분; 을 포함하며, 상기 모재 분말 100 몰에 대하여, 0.01 ≤ z ≤ x1 + 4y이고, 0.01 ≤ z + w ≤ x1 + 4y인 유전체 조성물을 제공한다.
