SHEAR CONNECTOR STRUCTURE FOR BRIDGE

The present invention relates to a shear connection material for a bridge, to facilitate construction of a girder or connection slab of the bridge, and stably maintain a connection state of both sides. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the shear connection material for a bridge is used for interconnecting girders (100, 101) loaded and constructed on the upper part of a pier (200) of the bridge. A guide rod (10) is buried in one girder (100) to be partially exposed to the outside and a guide pipe (20) having a guide groove (21) to insert the guide rod (10) thereinto is fixed and installed to the other girder (101). A cover body (30) is coupled to one end part of the guide pipe (20) and lubricant (G) is filled in the guide groove (21).

본 발명은 교량용 전단 연결재에 관한 것으로서, 교량의 거더 또는 접속슬래브의 시공작업이 보다 용이하게 이루어짐과 함께 양측의 연결상태가 안정적으로 유지되어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 교량의 교각(200) 상부에 안착 시공이 이루어지는 거더(100,101) 상호간의 연결을 위한 교량용 전단 연결재에 있어서, 일측 거더(100)에는 일부가 외부로 노출되어지도록 가이드봉(10)이 매립 고정되어지고; 타측 거더(101)에는 상기 가이드봉(10)이 삽입 가능하도록 안내홈(21)이 관통 형성된 안내파이프(20)가 고정 설치되며; 상기 안내파이프(20)의 일단부에는 커버체(30)가 결합되어지며; 상기 안내홈(21) 내부에는 윤활제(G)가 충진 구비된 것을 특징으로 한다.
