Ladder having automatic horizontal direction control function
An objective of the present invention is to provide a ladder having an automatic horizontal control function which can be safely used by a single worker by horizontally installing a ladder even on a step with a protrusion or even if a floor of a place using a ladder has an inclination. The ladder having an automatic horizontal control function comprises: a left and a right housing (4, 5) fixed on lower portions of a left and a right post (2, 3) making up a ladder (1); a horizontal frame (10) to connect upper portions of the left and the right housing (4, 5); a left and a right hydraulic cylinder (6, 7) installed in the left and the right housing (4, 5); a connection pipe (11) connected to allow fluids accommodated in the left and the right hydraulic cylinder (6, 7) to communicate with each other; a valve (12) installed in the middle of the connection pipe (11) to regulate a movement of a fluid by an opening/closing handle (13); a left and a right piston rod (8, 9) to ascend and descend on the left and the right hydraulic cylinder (6, 7); and a supporter (17) on lower ends of the left and the right piston rod (8, 9) to adjust an angle in accordance with an inclination of a floor.
본 발명은 사다리를 사용하는 장소의 바닥면이 경사도를 갖거나 턱이 있는 계단 등에서도 사다리를 수평으로 간단히 설치하여 작업자 1인이 안전하게 사용할 수 있도록 한 자동 수평 조절 기능을 갖는 사다리를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 사다리(1)를 구성하는 좌우 포스트(2,3) 하부로 고정되는 좌우 하우징(4,5)과; 상기 좌우 하우징(4,5)의 상부를 연결하는 수평프레임(10)과; 상기 좌우 하우징(4,5) 내부에 설치되는 좌우 유압실린더(6,7)와; 상기 좌우 유압실린더(6,7) 내부에 수용된 유체가 연통되도록 연결되는 연결관(11)과; 상기 연결관(11) 중도에 설치되어 유체의 이동을 개폐손잡이(13)로 단속하는 밸브(12)와; 상기 좌우 유압실린더(6,7)에서 승강작동하는 좌우 피스톤로드(8,9)와; 상기 좌우 피스톤로드(8,9) 하단부에는 바닥면의 경사에 따라 각도조절되는 서포터(17)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
