The present invention provides an insulation and nonflammable panel using a waste fiber scrap, which integrally improves an insulation effect and a nonflammable effect while reinforcing autonomous durability and promotes excellent adhesive force between structures to be possible to extend a lifespan of a product because of manufacturing a waste fiber scrap collected from fiber waste in a panel shape by processing molding and needling after hitting the waste fiber scrap, and mixing inorganic powder and inorganic adhesive including porous feldspar powder on a fiber panel by finally heat-compressing the same so as to mix a particle composition and the inorganic adhesive on the waste fiber scrap collected from various fiber waste to efficiently implement insulation and the nonflammable function.
본 발명은 각종 섬유폐기물에서 회수된 폐섬유 스크랩에 입자조성물 및 무기접착제를 혼합하여 단열성 및 불연성 기능을 효율적으로 발휘함을 제공하도록, 섬유폐기물에서 회수된 폐섬유 스크랩을 타면한 후 성형 및 니들링 처리하여 패널형태로 제작하되 최종 열압착시켜 제조되는 섬유패널에 다공성 장석분말을 포함한 무기질분말 및 무기접착제를 혼합 조성하여 이루어지므로, 자체적인 내구성을 강화하면서 단열효과와 불연효과가 일괄적으로 향상되고, 조성 구성 간에 우수한 접착력을 도모하여 제품의 수명을 연장할 수 있는 폐섬유 스크랩을 이용한 단열 및 불연 복합패널을 제공한다.
