Door panel and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to a building door panel and a manufacturing method thereof which can greatly increase product quality in comparison to a conventional technique. The building door panel comprises: a base panel applied by a particle board (PB) or a medium-density fiberboard (MDF); a general low-pressure melamine (LPM) sheet laminated on the rear surface of the base panel to be finished; an LPM sheet for painting which is laminated on the front surface of the base panel to be finished, and can be painted; an adhesive coated on the surface of the LPM sheet for painting; and an optical (hard-coated) transparent polyester (PET) film laminated on the LPM sheet for painting via the adhesive.
건축물 도어 패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 건축물 도어 패널은, PB(Particle Board) 또는 엠디에프(MDF, Medium Density Fiberboard)로 적용되는 베이스 패널(Base Panel); 상기 베이스 패널의 후면에 라미네이팅(Laminating)되어 마감 처리되는 일반 LPM 시트(Low Pressure Melamine Sheet); 상기 베이스 패널의 전면에 라미네이팅되어 마감 처리되되 도장이 가능한 도장용 LPM 시트(Low Pressure Melamine Sheet); 상기 도장용 LPM 시트의 표면에 도포되는 접착제(Adhesive); 및 상기 접착제를 매개로 해서 상기 도장용 LPM 시트에 라미네이팅되는 광학용(하드코팅된) 투명 PET 필름(Polyester Film)을 포함한다.
