METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DOOR PANEL AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING DOOR PANEL
A method for manufacturing a door panel 10 in which a surface material 16 is provided on both sides in a door thickness direction of a panel core material 11 including vertical sash bars 12 on both sides in a door width direction and a plurality of horizontal sash bars 14 bridged between the vertical sash bars is provided with: a step of bonding a sash bar material 15, which is predetermined according to a type of the door panel and positions at which the respective horizontal sash bars are provided, to each of the plurality of horizontal sash bars to manufacture a plurality of horizontal sash bar parts 13; and a step of bonding the horizontal sash bar parts and the vertical sash bars on both sides together to manufacture the panel core material.
Un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de porte (10) dans lequel un matériau de surface (16) est disposé des deux côtés dans le sens de l'épaisseur d'une porte d'un matériau central de panneau (11) comprenant des petits-bois verticaux (12) des deux côtés dans le sens de la largeur d'une porte et une pluralité de petits-bois horizontaux (14) pontés entre les petits-bois verticaux comprend : une étape de liaison d'un matériau de petit-bois (15), qui est prédéfini selon un type du panneau de porte et des positions auxquelles les petits-bois horizontaux respectifs sont disposés, à chaque petit-bois de la pluralité de petits-bois horizontaux pour fabriquer une pluralité de parties petits-bois horizontaux (13) ; et une étape de liaison des parties petits-bois horizontaux et des petits-bois verticaux des deux côtés les uns aux autres pour fabriquer le matériau central de panneau.
