The present invention relates to a mini-jack device for a rebar joint coupler. The mini-jack device fastens a rebar joint coupler (500) by comprising: an arm part (100) which is a rebar joint coupler fastening part; a hydraulic cylinder part moving a hydraulic cylinder pin (130) of the arm part (100) forwards and backwards; a hydraulic pump part adding oil pressure to the hydraulic cylinder part; and a motor operating the hydraulic pump part. According to the present invention, since the mini-jack device is a dedicated device for pressing a wedge of a rebar joint coupler with a hydraulic pump and the rotational force of a motor, the device has a short fastening time and provides user convenience, thereby having the effects of reducing construction period/construction supervision/maintenance, which can contribute to cost reduction for a construction firm. Moreover, the device is fastened with a fixed amount of power without causing an issue such as an excessive force, damage to a coupler or the like, thereby preventing an initial slip.
본발명은 철근이음 커플러용 미니잭 장치에 관한 것으로, 철근이음 커플러 체결부인 암(ARM)부(100)와, 상기 암부(100)의 유압실린더 핀(130)을 전후이동시키는 유압실린더부와 유압실린더에 유압을 부가하는 유압펌프부와 상기 유압펌프를 가동하는 모터로 이루어져서 철근이음 커플러(500)를 체결하는 것으로, 본발명은 철근이음 커플러의 쐐기를 모터의 회전력과 유압펌프에 의해 가압하는 전용 장치이므로 체결시간이 짧고 사용이 간편하여 공기단축/감리/유지 관리 효과가 있어 건설사의 원가절감에 기여하며, 과도한 힘이 발생되거나 커플러가 손상되는 등의 문제점없고,정한 힘으로 체결되어 초기슬립 방지가 가능하다는 현저한 효과가 있다.
