Dedicated mini-jack for seismic rebar coupler with reinforcing member
The present invention relates to a dedicated minijack for a seismic rebar coupler provided with a hinged reinforcement member, capable of preventing an operation wedge of a rebar coupler from being bent or broken due to a load concentrated on a lower part of a rack when pressing the operation wedge such that the rebar coupler can hold a rebar, and leading the rebar coupler to be kept stably held without departing through an open upper part of the rack during the pressing action. In accordance with the present invention, the dedicated minijack includes: a device body having a rack provided at a front end part with a holding groove with an open upper part such that a center part of a rebar coupler in which an operation wedge is installed can be held in a crossed state; a hydraulic pump installed in the rear of the rack, and enabling the wedge of the rebar coupler held on the rack to be pressed while hydraulically moving a forward/backward movement rod forward and backward. The dedicated minijack further includes a reinforcement member having one end coupled to the top of the front end part of the rack to be rotatable and having the other end connected to the top of the rear end part of the rack while kept rotated backward around the one end to connect and support the tops of the front and rear end parts of the rack in a state in which the rebar coupler is held in the holding groove of the rack, thereby suppressing a load from being concentrated on the lower part of the rack to prevent the rebar coupler from being bent or broken when being pressed by the forward movement of the forward/backward movement rod.
본 발명은 여닫이형 보강부재를 구비한 내진용 철근 커플러 전용 미니잭에 관한 것으로 철근 커플러가 철근을 파지할 수 있도록 철근 커플러의 작동용 쐐기를 가압할 때 거치대의 하부에 하중이 집중되면서 휘거나 파단되는 문제가 없으며, 가압 도중 철근 커플러가 거치대의 개방된 상부를 통해 이탈되지 않고 거치된 상태를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 작동용 쐐기가 설치된 철근 커플러의 중앙부를 교차된 상태로 거치할 수 있도록 상부가 개방된 거치홈을 갖는 거치대를 선단부에 구비하고 있는 장치본체; 상기 거치대의 후측에 설치되며, 유압에 의해 진퇴로드를 진퇴시키면서 상기 거치대에 거치된 철근 커플러의 쐐기를 가압할 수 있도록 한 유압펌프; 및 상기 유압펌프의 후측에 설치되어 유압펌프를 가동하는 모터;를 포함하며, 일단부는 상기 거치대의 선단부 상단에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 일단부를 중심으로 후방 회전한 상태에서 타단부가 상기 거치대의 후단부 상단에 연결되도록 하여, 상기 거치대의 거치홈에 철근 커플러가 거치된 상태에서 상기 거치대의 선단부 상단과 후단부 상단 간을 연결하여 지지함으로써 상기 진퇴로드의 전진동작에 의해 철근 커플러를 가압할 때 상기 거치대의 하부에 하중이 집중되어 휘거나 파단되지 않도록 억제하는 보강부재;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a dedicated minijack for a seismic rebar coupler provided with a hinged reinforcement member, capable of preventing an operation wedge of a rebar coupler from being bent or broken due to a load concentrated on a lower part of a rack when pressing the operation wedge such that the rebar coupler can hold a rebar, and leading the rebar coupler to be kept stably held without departing through an open upper part of the rack during the pressing action. In accordance with the present invention, the dedicated minijack includes: a device body having a rack provided at a front end part with a holding groove with an open upper part such that a center part of a rebar coupler in which an operation wedge is installed can be held in a crossed state; a hydraulic pump installed in the rear of the rack, and enabling the wedge of the rebar coupler held on the rack to be pressed while hydraulically moving a forward/backward movement rod forward and backward. The dedicated minijack further includes a reinforcement member having one end coupled to the top of the front end part of the rack to be rotatable and having the other end connected to the top of the rear end part of the rack while kept rotated backward around the one end to connect and support the tops of the front and rear end parts of the rack in a state in which the rebar coupler is held in the holding groove of the rack, thereby suppressing a load from being concentrated on the lower part of the rack to prevent the rebar coupler from being bent or broken when being pressed by the forward movement of the forward/backward movement rod.
본 발명은 여닫이형 보강부재를 구비한 내진용 철근 커플러 전용 미니잭에 관한 것으로 철근 커플러가 철근을 파지할 수 있도록 철근 커플러의 작동용 쐐기를 가압할 때 거치대의 하부에 하중이 집중되면서 휘거나 파단되는 문제가 없으며, 가압 도중 철근 커플러가 거치대의 개방된 상부를 통해 이탈되지 않고 거치된 상태를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 작동용 쐐기가 설치된 철근 커플러의 중앙부를 교차된 상태로 거치할 수 있도록 상부가 개방된 거치홈을 갖는 거치대를 선단부에 구비하고 있는 장치본체; 상기 거치대의 후측에 설치되며, 유압에 의해 진퇴로드를 진퇴시키면서 상기 거치대에 거치된 철근 커플러의 쐐기를 가압할 수 있도록 한 유압펌프; 및 상기 유압펌프의 후측에 설치되어 유압펌프를 가동하는 모터;를 포함하며, 일단부는 상기 거치대의 선단부 상단에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 일단부를 중심으로 후방 회전한 상태에서 타단부가 상기 거치대의 후단부 상단에 연결되도록 하여, 상기 거치대의 거치홈에 철근 커플러가 거치된 상태에서 상기 거치대의 선단부 상단과 후단부 상단 간을 연결하여 지지함으로써 상기 진퇴로드의 전진동작에 의해 철근 커플러를 가압할 때 상기 거치대의 하부에 하중이 집중되어 휘거나 파단되지 않도록 억제하는 보강부재;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
