Disclosed are an apparatus for preventing ground subsidence and a floating structure, wherein the apparatus for preventing ground subsidence includes: a cart which can lift in a leg of the floating structure; a support unit rotationally mounted on the cart and including a plurality of support pins unfolded so as to be supported on the ground to which the leg is fixed; and a guide beam guiding the cart in a longitudinal direction of the leg. Therefore, the apparatus for preventing ground subsidence can stably fix the leg to the ground.

지반침하 방지장치 및 부유식 구조물이 소개된다. 이 중에서 지반침하 방지장치는 부유식 구조물의 레그에서 승강 이동이 가능한 카트와, 카트에 회전 가능하게 장착되고 레그가 고정되는 지반에 지지되도록 전개되는 복수의 지지 핀을 포함하는 지지 유닛과, 카트를 레그의 길이방향으로 안내하는 가이드 빔을 포함할 수 있다.
