The present invention relates to a form panel repairing apparatus, which can effectively repair and reuse a form panel to be discarded since the form panel is used by being cut in case of construction and necessity. More specifically, the form panel repairing apparatus repairs the form panel by overlapping panel pieces on an immediate heated repair portion and pressing the same by a press after the panel pieces are preheated and the portion of the form panel to be repaired is immediately heated, thereby quickly and exactly repairing the form panel in an original shape. Also, the form panel repairing apparatus allows a protruding portion protruding from a mold to be manufactured to have a little smaller size than that of a real pattern or at least have a round edge portion so as to form the pattern on one surface of the form panel, thereby allowing a surplus portion of the panel pieces to be permeated between the form panel and the protruding portion. Thus, the form panel repairing apparatus allows one surface of the form panel having no pattern to form a plane.
본 발명은 폼 패널 보수장치에 관한 것으로, 폼 패널을 시공 중 그리고 필요할 때 잘라서 사용함에 따라 폐기해야 하는 폼 패널을 효과적으로 보수하여 다시 사용할 수 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 패널 조각을 미리 예열하고 보수할 폼 패널 부분을 순간 가열한 다음, 이 순간 가열한 보수 부분에 패널 조각을 겹치고 프레스로 눌러서 폼 패널을 보수하므로, 신속하고 정확한 원래 형태로 폼 패널을 보수할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 폼 패널의 한쪽 면에 패턴을 형성하기 위해 금형에 돌출 형성한 돌출 부분이 실제 패턴보다 조금 작은 크기나 적어도 모서리 부분이 라운드 지게 제작하므로, 패널 조각의 잉여 부분이 폼 패널과 돌출 부분 사이로 스며들게 하여 패턴을 형성하지 않은 폼 패널의 한쪽 면이 평면을 이루게 한다.
