PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair panel superior in water resistance, abrasion resistance and impact resistance.SOLUTION: The repair panel is attached to the surface of an existing waterway structure 10 for repairing and/or reinforcing the waterway structure 10. The repair panel includes: a flexible board 2; a carbon fiber sheet 3 laminated on one side of the flexible board 2; and a cladding 4 covering the other side of the flexible board 2. The cladding 4 includes: an undercoat film formed of elastic mortar; and a topcoat film formed of an aqueous polyurethane paint.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
