Lightweight aggregate firing apparatus and firing method
The present invention relates to an apparatus for firing lightweight aggregate and a method for firing the same, for forming lightweight aggregate by using one or both of coal incineration ash and waste pumice, particularly coal waste pumice as a main raw material, and calcium carbonate as an additive. The apparatus for firing lightweight aggregate comprises: a raw material supplier for supplying a lightweight aggregate raw material; an additive supplier for supplying an additive mixed with the lightweight aggregate raw material; a mixer for mixing lightweight aggregate raw material powder supplied from the raw material supplier and the additive supplied from the additive supplier; a molding machine for molding a mixture mixed by the mixer into a circular shape; a water sprayer installed on a front end of the molding machine to supply water to the mixed mixture; a rotary kiln for drying, expanding and firing the mixture in the circular shape by using heat energy while moving the mixture in the circular shape; a burner for supplying heat energy to the rotary kiln; a cooler for cooling lightweight aggregate formed by molding the mixture in the circular shape discharged from the rotary kiln; and a selector for selecting the lightweight aggregate discharged from the cooler for each size. Accordingly, there is an effect of improving an environment and recycling waste resources by recycling waste pumice stone left in a coal mine area, including coal incineration ash of a thermal power plant, as lightweight aggregate resources.
본 발명은 석탄 소각재, 폐경석 특히 석탄 폐경석 중 하나 또는 둘다를 주원료로 하고 탄산칼슘을 첨가제로 하여 경량골재를 형성시키기 위한 경량골재 소성장치 및 소성방법에 관한 것으로, 경량골재 원료를 공급하는 원료 공급기; 경량 골재 원료와 혼합되는 첨가제를 공급하는 첨가제 공급기; 상기 원료 공급기에서 공급된 경량골재 원료 분말 및 상기 첨가제 공급기에서 공급되는 첨가제를 혼합시키는 혼합기; 상기 혼합기에 의해 혼합된 혼합물을 환 형태로 성형하는 성형기; 상기 성형기 전단에 설치되어 혼합된 혼합물에 물을 공급하는 물 분사기; 상기 환 형태의 혼합물을 이동시키며 열에너지를 이용하여 상기 환 형태의 혼합물을 건조, 팽창 및 소성시키는 로타리킬른; 상기 로타리킬른에 열에너지를 공급하는 버너; 상기 로타리킬른에서 배출된 환 형태의 혼합물이 성형되어 만들어진 경량골재를 냉각시키는 쿨러; 및 상기 쿨러에서 배출된 경량골재를 크기별로 선별하는 선별기를 포함한다. 이에, 화력발전소의 석탄소각재를 비롯하여 석탄광산 지역에 방치된 폐경석을 경량골재 자원으로 재활용함으로써 환경개선 및 폐자원의 재활용 효과가 있다.
Lightweight aggregate firing apparatus and firing method
