A method for manufacturing a water permeable block according to the present invention may comprise: a crushing step of crushing waste aggregate and waste plastic; a mixing step of mixing glass powder with the crushed waste aggregate; a heating step of heating the crushed waste aggregate and the glass powder at 250 to 300°C; a stirring step of stirring the crushed waste plastic to the crushed waste aggregate and the glass powder; and a compression step for compressing the stirred crushed waste aggregate, glass powder, and waste plastic in a molding frame. In the method for manufacturing a water permeable block according to the present invention, glass powder is added to crushed waste aggregate, preheated, mixed with crushed waste plastic and then bound, and after being bound, completes a rest period, thereby having high porosity. Therefore, permeability of water is relatively high so as to dynamically reduce possibility of occurrence of safety accidents, and binding strength is higher than a conventional art to have excellent mechanical properties of a pavement block, thereby improving resistance to impact resistance.
본 발명에 의한 투수블록의 제조방법은, 폐골재와 폐플라스틱을 파쇄하는 파쇄 단계; 상기 폐골재파쇄물에 유리분말을 혼합하는 혼합 단계; 상기 폐골재파쇄물과 유리분말을 250도에서 300도로 가열하는 가열 단계; 상기 폐골재파쇄물과 유리분말에 상기 폐플라스틱파쇄물을 교반하는 교반 단계; 및 금형틀에서 압착하는 압착 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의한 투수블록의 제조방법은, 폐골재파쇄물에 유리분말이 첨가되어 미리 예열된 다음 폐플라스틱파쇄물이 혼합 후 바인딩되고 바인딩된 다음 휴지기를 거침으로써 공극률이 높으며 이에 따라 물의 투수성이 상대적으로 높아 안전사고 발생 가능성이 현저히 저감되며 바인딩 강도가 종래대비 높아 보도블록의 기계적 물성이 우수하여 내충격성에 대한 저항성이 향상될 수 있다.
