Built-up Safe Scaffold for High Place Work
According to the present invention, provided is a prefabricated safety scaffold for high-place work. In order to efficiently prevent the overturning of a workbench during high-place work, and smoothen the movement and assembly of the workbench by supporting a lower base in four directions while inserting, connecting and assembling the workbench for a high-place work area, the prefabricated safety scaffold includes: a base frame including a plurality of casters in a lower part, a support protrusion protruding from an upper part, and a support fixing part extended longitudinally to the front, rear, left and right sides to support four sides while being extended at right angles to each other; a side frame erected on the base frame to form a side wall while being inserted and combined on the support protrusion, and formed to be extended and placed in a vertical direction; and a connection frame which is divided on each floor by connecting and supporting the side frame in a layering structure, and in which a bottom plate is installed for a worker to perform high-place work on the uppermost floor.
본 발명은 고소작업영역을 위한 작업대를 끼움 연결 조립하면서 하부 베이스를 4방향으로 받침 지지하여 작업대의 이동 및 조립이 원활하면서 고소작업에 작업대의 전도현상을 효율적으로 방지함을 제공하도록, 하부에 복수의 캐스터를 구비하고, 상부에 지지돌기가 돌출 형성되며, 전후좌우로 길이 연장하여 사방에 받침 지지하되 서로 직각방향을 향해 연장 형성되는 받침고정부를 구비하는 베이스프레임과; 상기 베이스프레임 상에 기립하여 측벽을 이루되 상기 지지돌기 상에 끼움 결합하고, 상하 수직방향으로 연장 배치할 수 있게 구성하는 측부프레임과; 상기 측부프레임 간에 적층 구조로 연결 지지하여 층별로 구분 구획하고, 최상층에서 작업자의 고소작업을 위한 바닥플레이트가 설치되는 연결프레임;을 포함하는 고소작업용 조립식 안전 비계를 제공한다.
