The present invention relates to zirconia powder with white or black color, capable of manufacturing sintered ceramic bodies having various colors, a sintered ceramic body for a laminate pattern using the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the sintered ceramic body for a laminate pattern using the zirconia powder with white or black color is manufactured by mixing 92.6 wt% of zirconia, 1.6 wt% of silicon dioxide, 2.8 wt% of aluminum oxide, and 3 wt% of a binder, or 72.6 wt% of zirconia having white color, 1.6 wt% of silicon dioxide, 2.8 wt% of aluminum oxide, 3 wt% of a binder, and 20 wt% of pigment having black color to make powder, and mixing, drying, primary sintering, grinding, molding, and secondary sintering the powder.
본 발명은 화이트색상 또는 블랙색상을 갖는 지르코니아 파우더와 그 파우더를 이용한 라미네이트 패턴 세라믹 소결체 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 화이트색상을 갖는 지르코니아(zirconia) 92.6중량%, 이산화규소(JPEGpat00059.jpg48) 1.6중량%, 산화알루미늄(JPEGpat00060.jpg410) 2.8중량%, 바인더 3중량% 또는 화이트색상을 갖는 지르코니아 72.6중량%, 이산화규소(JPEGpat00061.jpg48) 1.6중량%, 산화알루미늄(JPEGpat00062.jpg410) 2.8중량%, 바인더 3중량%, 흑색 색상을 갖는 안료 20중량%으로 혼합한 파우더를 혼합, 건조, 제1차소결, 분쇄, 성형, 제2차소결을 통해, 화이트 또는 블랙색상을 갖는 지르코니아 파우더를 이용한 라미네이트 패턴 세라믹 소결체를 제조함으로써, 최적의 혼합조건과 최적의 제조조건을 통해, 다양한 색상을 갖는 세라믹 소결체 제조가 가능함은 물론, 밀도, 강도, 열팽창계수, 크랙이 발생하지 않고 치밀한 조직을 갖는 세라믹 소결체를 얻을 수 있는 유용한 발명이다.
