The present invention relates to a technology for reducing a cost and a weight of an apparatus by simplifying an opening/closing structure of a tailgate, and improving a quality of the apparatus. In the present invention, introduced is the tailgate opening/closing apparatus, comprising: a release gear which rotates forward and reverse with a rotational force of a motor; a cinching gear which meshes with the release gear; a link mechanism which receives a power from the cinching gear and rotates toward a claw; the claw which is rotated together while being caught on the link mechanism and fastened to a striker; and a pole unit for restricting rotation of the claw by being caught by the claw in a status in which the claw is fastened to the striker, and allowing the rotation of the claw in the release direction only when the release gear rotates in the release direction.
본 발명은 테일게이트의 개폐 구조를 단순화하여 장치의 원가 및 중량을 축소하고, 장치의 품질을 향상시키는 기술에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는, 모터의 회전력으로 정역 회전하는 릴리즈기어; 릴리즈기어에 치합되는 신칭기어; 신칭기어로부터 힘을 제공받아 클로를 향해 회전하는 링크기구; 상기 링크기구에 걸려지면서 함께 회전되어 스트라이커에 체결되는 클로; 및 상기 클로가 스트라이커에 체결된 상태에서 클로에 걸려져 클로의 회전을 제한하고, 상기 릴리즈기어의 릴리즈방향 회전시에만 클로의 릴리즈방향 회전을 허용하는 폴유닛;을 포함하는 테일게이트 개폐장치가 소개된다.
