DOOR OPENING PREVENTION STRUCTURE IN VEHICLE COLLISION
The present invention relates to a door opening prevention structure during a vehicle collision, which comprises: a handle housing having a housing stopper; a door handle mounted to be rotatable around a door handle rotational shaft to the handle housing and having a rotary contact end formed in one end thereof; and a blocking lever assembly rotatably coupled to the handle housing, having a blocking lever having an inertia unit, and having an assist lever selectively protruding from the blocking lever. When the blocking lever assembly is rotated by an external impact, the assist lever protrudes to be locked by the housing stopper and is positioned on a moving path of the rotary contact end.
본 발명은 차량 충돌시 문열림 방지 구조에 관한 것으로, 하우징 스타퍼가 형성된 핸들 하우징, 상기 핸들 하우징에 도어 핸들 회전축을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 장착되고, 그 일단에 회전 접촉단이 형성된 도어 핸들 및 상기 핸들 하우징에 회전 가능하게 결합되고 관성부가 형성된 블로킹 레버와 상기 블로킹 레버로부터 선택적으로 돌출되는 어시스트 레버를 포함하는 블로킹 레버 어셈블리를 포함하되, 외부 충격에 의해 상기 블로킹 레버 어셈블리가 회전하면 상기 어시스트 레버가 돌출되어 상기 하우징 스타퍼에 의해 걸리며 상기 회전 접촉단의 이동 경로에 위치한다.
