- Eco-Friendly Complex Water Proofing Process Using Hand-workable Polyurethane-Polyurea Two Liquid Composition
The present invention provides an eco-friendly complex waterproofing method including an eco-friendly polyurethane waterproofing coating and a waterproofing sheet, the method comprising the steps of: (step 1) applying a primer to the entire base concrete surface; (step 2) disposing a waterproofing sheet on the primer at intervals of 5 to 10 mm; (step 3) reinforcing a gap between the waterproofing sheets using a polyurethane-urea resin two-liquid composition for fixing a waterproofing sheet; (step 4) forming a waterproofing sheet layer by connecting the waterproofing sheets using an adhesive reinforcing tape; and (step 5) applying an eco-friendly polyurethane composition on the reinforced waterproofing sheet layer to form a waterproofing coating layer. The complex waterproofing method according to the present invention can form a complex waterproofing coating having excellent workability, mechanical properties and eco-friendliness by applying both a coating waterproofing method and a sheet waterproofing method.
본 발명은, (단계 1) 바탕 콘크리트면 전체에 프라이머를 도포하는 단계; (단계 2) 프라이머 위로 방수시트를 5~10㎜ 간격으로 배치하는 단계; (단계 3) 상기 방수시트 사이의 간격을 방수시트 고정용 폴리우레탄-우레아 수지 이액형 조성물을 사용하여 보강하는 단계; (단계 4) 상기 방수시트 사이를 접착성 보강테이프로 연결하여 방수시트층을 형성하는 단계; 및 (단계 5) 상기 보강된 방수시트층 위에 친환경 폴리우레탄 조성물을 도포하여 방수도막층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는, 친환경 폴리우레탄 방수도막 및 방수시트를 포함하는 복합방수공법이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따른 복합방수공법은 도막방수법 및 시트방수법을 둘다 적용하여 우수한 작업성, 기계적 물성 및 친환경성을 갖는 복합방수도막을 형성할 수 있다.
