ARTIFICIAL LIGHT WEIGHT AGGREGATES COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a non-sintered artificial aggregate composition which is applicable to ready-mixed concrete and ascon due to excellent heat insulation property, non-combustibility, and mechanical properties, and has excellent water permeability and holding power when used as a soil covering material for agricultural purposes to provide excellent improvement effects in growing plant roots. This non-sintered artificial aggregate composition contains: 100 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; 500 to 600 parts by weight of a cementless binder consisting of 50 to 70 wt% of fly ash, 15 to 20 wt% of blast furnace slag powder, 1 to 10 wt% of sodium carbonate, 1 to 5 wt% of slaked lime, 1 to 5 wt% of burnt lime, 1 to 5 wt% of calcium chloride, 1 to 5 wt% of desulfurized gypsum, and 1 to 5 wt% fine silica powder; and 100 to 200 parts by weight of seed material.
