Pile driver capable of vertical construction of piles and vertical construction method of piles using the same
The present invention relates to a pile driver capable of vertical construction of a pile and a vertical construction method of the pile using the same. The pile driver capable of vertical construction of the pile according to the present invention comprises: a driver housing; a vibration main body supported by an elastic support unit in the driver housing, and including a vibration generating unit which generates vibration for pile construction; a side grip unit installed on the side surface of the vibration main body for gripping the pile; a coupling bracket installed on the driver housing; and a vibration direction regulation unit installed on the driver housing and the vibration main body to guide the vibration direction of the vibration main body in the vertical direction. An objective of the present invention is to provide the pile driver capable of vertical construction of the pile, which can maintain a vertical status depending on displacement of a vibration load, and the vertical construction method of the pile using the same.
본 발명에 따른 파일의 수직시공이 가능한 파일 드라이버는 드라이버하우징와, 상기 드라이버하우징에 탄성지지유닛에 의해 지지되며, 파일을 시공을 위한 진동을 발생시키는 진동발생유닛을 구비한 진동본체와, 상기 진동본체의 측면에 설치되어 파일을 파지하기 위한 사이드그립부와, 상기 드라이버하우징에 설치되는 결합브라켓과, 상기 드라이버하우징과 진동본체에 설치되어 진동본체의 진동방향을 수직방향으로 가이드 하기 위한 진동방향규제유닛를 구비한다.

The present invention relates to a pile driver capable of vertical construction of a pile and a vertical construction method of the pile using the same.
