PROCEEDING ATTENDING TO FACADES ON BUILDINGS
The invention concerns a proceeding attending to facades on buildings which have been damaged or which risk being damaged by penetration of moisture in the walls of exterior insulation and finishing system on timber frame. After it is (I) checked if possible penetration of moisture has occurred in the building wall in question and when such has been demonstrated and restoration of the building wall into functional use has been accomplished, (II) there is fitted a pervious and air pressure-equalizing, intermediate layer, along the outside of the facade of existing, at least essentially air-proof and hydrophobic building wall and the principal function of which is to equalize the air pressure on both sides of a rain seal situated outermost, and (III) which said rain seal forms an outer layer of said building wall.
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de façades sur des bâtiments qui ont été endommagés ou qui risquent d'être endommagés par la pénétration d'humidité dans les parois d'isolation extérieure et un système de finition sur une charpente en bois. Une fois que (I) il a été vérifié qu'une pénétration possible d'humidité se produit ou non dans le mur du bâtiment en question et lorsque cela a été démontré et que la restauration du mur du bâtiment en usage fonctionnel a été effectuée, (II) il est installé une couche intermédiaire perméable et d'égalisation de pression d'air, le long de l'extérieur de la façade d'un mur de bâtiment existant, au moins essentiellement étanche à l'air et hydrophobe et dont la fonction principale est d'égaliser la pression d'air sur les deux côtés d'une protection contre la pluie située à l'extérieur, et (III) que ladite protection contre la pluie forme une couche externe dudit mur de bâtiment.
