The cylindrical target material manufacturing method according to an embodiment comprises a molding step and a baking step. In the molding step, a ceramic molding molded in a tube shape is manufactured. In the baking step, the molding is baked with the outer circumferential surface of the molding being supported along the longitudinal direction on the receiving surface of a setter and the molding being in an orientation that is inclined with respect to a horizontal plane.
Selon un mode de réalisation, cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de matériau cible cylindrique, comprenant une étape de moulage et une étape de cuisson.
