This control device for construction equipment is equipped with: an operation amount data acquisition unit for acquiring operation amount data indicating the operation amount of a work machine; an operation determination unit for determining a non-operated state of a bucket on the basis of the operation amount data; a bucket control determination unit for determining whether or not bucket control conditions have been satisfied on the basis of the non-operated state determination; and a work machine control unit for, if it is determined that the bucket control conditions have been satisfied, outputting a control signal that controls the bucket such that the state of the work machine is maintained.
