METHOD FOR PURIFYING FLUORAPATITE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING FLUOROHYDROXYAPATITE BIOCERAMIC THEREOF
Disclosed are a method for purifying a fluorapatite and a method for preparing a fluorohydroxyapatite bioceramic thereof, wherein same belong to the technical field of mineral processing. The method for purifying a fluorapatite is: grinding a fluorapatite ore, stirring and slurrying same, adjusting the pH value thereof, adding an inhibitor and a collecting agent, and then inflating same for roughing so as to obtain a rougher concentrate and rougher tailings; slurrying the rougher concentrate, adjusting the pH value thereof, adding an inhibitor for cleaning so as to obtain a fluorapatite concentrate and cleaner tailings; and adding water to the fluorapatite concentrate and slurrying same, then adding phosphoric acid for leaching, subjecting same to solid-liquid separation, and drying same to obtain a purified fluorapatite. Water is added to the purified fluorapatite and same is stirred to remove the agent, concentrated nitric acid is added thereto for dissolution and NaOH is added for a hydroxy reaction, and same is subjected to calcination and crystallization so as to obtain the fluorohydroxyapatite bioceramic.
L'invention concerne un procédé de purification d'une fluorapatite et un procédé de préparation d'une biocéramique de fluorohydroxyapatite associée, qui appartiennent au domaine technique du traitement des minéraux. Le procédé de purification d'une fluorapatite concerne : le broyage d'un minerai de fluorapatite, son agitation et sa mise en suspension, le réglage de la valeur de son pH, l'ajout d'un inhibiteur et d'un agent de collecte, puis son gonflage pour un dégrossissage de façon à obtenir un concentré plus brut et des résidus plus bruts ; la mise en suspension du concentré plus brut, le réglage de la valeur de son pH, l'ajout d'un inhibiteur pour le nettoyage de façon à obtenir un concentré de fluorapatite et des résidus de nettoyage ; et l'ajout d'eau au concentré de fluorapatite et sa mise en suspension, puis l'ajout d'acide phosphorique pour la lixiviation, sa soumission à une séparation solide-liquide, et son séchage pour obtenir une fluorapatite purifiée. De l'eau est ajoutée à la fluorapatite purifiée et celle-ci est agitée pour éliminer l'agent, l'acide nitrique concentré est ajouté à celle-ci pour la dissolution et de la NaOH est ajoutée pour une réaction hydroxy, et celui-ci est soumis à une calcination et à une cristallisation de façon à obtenir la biocéramique de fluorohydroxyapatite.
