A ceramic foam with gold ore tailings as a raw material, and a preparation method. The ceramic foam is prepared from the following raw materials in mass percentages: 59.8-74% of gold ore tailings, 5-15% of potassium feldspar, 5-20% of albite, 0.2-1% of silicon carbide, 6-9% of bentonite, and 1-4% of calcite. The preparation method comprises: mixing the ingredients, ball-milling same, compression molding same, and sintering same in an air atmosphere at 1150-1200°C for a temperature holding time of 30-90 min to prepare the ceramic foam. The utilization rate of the gold ore tailings in the preparation method is high, and the prepared ceramic foam has a light weight and a high strength.
L'invention concerne une mousse céramique contenant des résidus de traitement de minerai d'or en tant que matière première, et un procédé de préparation. La composition est préparée à partir des matières premières suivantes en pourcentages massiques: 59,8 à 74% de résidus de traitement de minerai d'or, 5 à 15% de feldspath potassique, 5 à 20% de feldspath sodique, 0,2 à 1% de carbure de silicium, 6 à 9% de bentonite, et 1 à 4% de calcite. Le procédé de préparation comprend: le mélange des ingrédients, leur broyage à boulets, leur moulage par compression, et leur frittage dans une atmosphère d'air à 1150-1200°C pendant un temps de maintien de la température de 30 à 90 minutes pour préparer la mousse céramique. Le taux d'utilisation des résidus de traitement de minerai d'or dans le procédé de préparation est élevé, et la mousse céramique préparée présente un poids léger et une résistance élevée.
