The α-SiAlON ceramic numerical control turning tool is obtained by mixing any one or more of α-SiAlON ceramic powder, PPTTA, HDDA, BPA2EODMA and TMPTA, lrgacure 819 and/or lrgacure 369 with a dispersant, dispersing, ball milling, photocuring 3D printing and forming, degreasing and sintering. The preparation method can effectively solve the problem that the α-SiAlON ceramic tool having a complex surface pattern and a chip breaking groove structure cannot be prepared efficiently and accurately by machining.

L'outil de tournage à commande numérique en céramique α-SiAlON est obtenu par mélange d'une ou plusieurs poudres céramiques α-SiAlON, PPTTA, HDDA, BPA2EODMA et TMPTA, lrgacure 819 et/ou lrgacure 369 avec un agent dispersant, dispersion, broyage à boulets, photodurcissement impression 3D et formage, dégraissage et frittage.
